White cheese and Olive Bites

Made with pure olive oil and real olives, these tasty tubes are bursting with flavor. So moreish that you won’t be able to stop at just one.

Ingredients
Dough (60%): wheat flour, refined vegetable oils (palm oil, rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil and sunflower oil) in varying proportions, water, corn starch, salt, olive oil (1.3%), sugar, flour treatment agent: L-cysteine, ascorbic acid; enzymes, colour: carotenes; butter flavoring. Filling (35%): cheese curd (36%) [pasteurized whey], water, cow’s milk white brined cheese (15%) [pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, lactic stаrter culture, firming agent: calcium chloride; microbial rennet], Feta cheese (10%) [pasteurized sheep’s and goat’s milk, salt, lactic starter culture, microbial rennet], wheat semolina, stabilizers: cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose; milk protein, refined sunflower oil, salt. Olive paste (5%): olives, vinegar, herbs.
Preheat your oven at 180°C -190°C. Remove the frozen mini bites from the pack and place them into a pan. You can brush the pan with a little oil or margarine. If you wish, you can baste the mini bites with beaten egg or milk. Bake the mini bites on the middle shelf of the preheated oven at 180°C. For approx. 30-35 minutes. Adjust the baking time and temperature depending on your oven.
