Feli’s Kitchen Mini Croissants are made with real butter and come out of the oven puffy, crisply and flaky every time. Ready in 16 minutes they are a great choice for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

Ingredients
flour (wheat), butter (milk 23.5%), water, sugar, yeast, salt, wheat gluten, egg, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), enzymes.
Remove the product from packaging and thaw at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. For fluffier croissants rest 20 to 30 minutes. Place at baking tray at intervals of 4 to 5 cm. Bake for 16 minutes in a convection oven at 160°C -·180°C. Appliances vary so setting or time may need to be adjusted.
